Hello, nice to meet you!

My yoga journey began in my early 20’s when I hesitantly attended my first class. As a regular gym goer at the time, I wasn’t convinced yoga could do much for me – how wrong I was!

What began as a weekly class grew into more than just a form of exercise, I developed a new appreciation for how yoga could influence all aspects of my life and the wonders of being part of a like-minded community.

I have completed my 200 hour yoga instructor training in Vinyasa and continue to undertake additional trainings to deepen my knowledge. I am also a certified Crystal Sound Therapy Practitioner.

My aim is to make yoga accessible for everyone – I offer modifications for the majority of postures to ensure you can take the class at your own pace. I want to ensure that no matter what your level that you find confidence on (and off) your mat!
